This Transmission Control Module (TCM/TCU) cloning service is designed for 2015–2022 RAM ProMaster City models requiring replacement of the transmission computer. When installing a used or remanufactured TCM, the original vehicle-specific data must be transferred to ensure proper communication and transmission operation.
This service clones all required data from your original TCM into a compatible replacement unit that you provide, allowing the replacement module to function as a direct plug-and-play solution.
We extract and copy all internal transmission and vehicle-specific data from your original TCM and write it to a donor unit with a matching part number. Once cloning is complete, the replacement TCM will operate exactly as the original without requiring additional programming or dealer intervention.
Most orders are completed and shipped back the next business day after receipt.
For successful cloning, the following conditions must be met:
The donor TCM must have the exact same part number as the original
Both the original and replacement TCMs must be shipped to us
Replacement modules are not supplied as part of this service
Some units may require opening, which can void existing warranties
If you are unsure about compatibility, contact us with your TCM part number before shipping.
This service supports the following model:
RAM ProMaster City (2015–2022)
If you do not see your vehicle listed, contact us with your TCM part number for verification.
We are based in Texas and provide RAM transmission control module cloning services for customers throughout Austin, San Antonio, Houston, Dallas–Fort Worth, and across Central Texas. Nationwide mail-in service is available for customers outside Texas.
Purchase the TCM cloning service and remove both the original TCM and the matching donor TCM from your vehicle. Package both modules securely in a padded box.
Include a printed note with the following information:
First and last name
Contact phone number
